Job Title: National Account Manager – Women’s Health

Location: Manchester (Office-based 4 days/week)

Are you a commercially driven Account Manager with a passion for women’s health?

This is your chance to take ownership of two growing categories in the UK market with a bold and entrepreneurial company challenging the status quo in pharmacy and personal care.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on National Account Manager to lead key customer relationships across pharmacy, drugstore, and wholesale channels. You’ll help scale an established women’s health brand while launching an exciting new oral care line.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning and growing national pharmacy accounts, both retail and digital
  • Shaping the UK commercial strategy for two core categories
  • Driving sales, increasing market share, and opening new business opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, supply chain, and HQ teams
  • Traveling within the UK and occasionally to Europe as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in account management or business development within consumer healthcare, OTC, personal care, or pharma
  • Deep knowledge of the UK pharmacy landscape
  • Proven track record of growing brands and building lasting customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic and executional skills
