The Role:

As a National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of three key accounts within the Convenience and Wholesale channel—an area of strategic importance and growth focus over the next three years. You will be responsible for leading all commercial negotiations, managing the full P&L, and shaping customer strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This role offers significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to make a tangible impact as the brand drives toward market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of convenience and wholesale accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Full P&L ownership and delivery for assigned customers
  • Work closely with the Head of Retail Business Unit Controller to shape and execute the growth strategy, with a focus on driving new distribution and listings
  • Use retailer data to evaluate promotional effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve future plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Marketing, Finance, and the wider sales team to execute channel strategies
Candidate Profile:
  • Educated to degree level, with a 2:1 or equivalent
  • Experience in an FMCG environment at NAM or NAE level
  • A proactive, challenger mindset and a passion for seizing market opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of P&L ownership
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externally
  • A positive, growth-focused attitude and a genuine desire to learn and contribute
