Marvel FMCG is proud to be partnered with Bimbo UK on their search for a Wholesale and Convenience Lead for their exciting and hugely popular Takis brand.
Why this role?
The role
This position is part of the GBUK Snacks/Takis Sales Team, which acts as a distributor for Barcel, the Salty Snacks division of Grupo Bimbo, and is fully responsible for the sales of these products in the Wholesale and Convenience channel. The business has significant ambition within a highly competitive category and is currently in a phase of fast-paced growth and learning.
Reporting directly to the Head of Takis in the UK, this role will play a pivotal part in the Commercial structure and future business success. A key focus will be supporting the implementation of strong commercial strategies to ensure the proposition is positioned for future growth. This involves leading customer discussions at a senior level, demonstrating confidence and the ability to manage high-level interactions effectively.
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates high levels of tenacity, goal orientation, and is highly skilled in external/internal stakeholder management. Experience in the Wholesale & Convenience channel, ideally with cross-customer experience and brands with high growth, is preferred.
