BEAR Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, seeks an experienced National Account Manager to maximise sales and GP% with key grocery accounts. You will manage P&L, forecast performance, and deliver in-store and online activation with cross-functional teams, including the BEAR field sales force.

Based in the UK, four days on-site at St Albans. You will be a strong negotiator, data-driven, and capable of delivering tangible business results while upholding BEAR

Qualificações

• Experience as National Account Manager with Grocery accounts.
• Proven ability to drive results and manage key customer relationships.
• Comfortable with data analysis and commercial insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own P&L and forecasting for assigned accounts.
• Develop cross-functional relationships with buying, supply chain, and category teams.
• Deliver visibility and activation across in-store and online channels for BEAR.
• Collaborate with BEAR field sales to ensure local activation and availability.
