Job summary

Scrap Car Comparison in the United Kingdom seeks a National Account Manager to lead and grow our national network of collector partners. You’ll oversee around 80 active accounts across the UK, onboarding new collectors and driving profitability through strategic pricing and performance targets.

You will work with sales, customer services and data teams to optimise results, and contribute to expanding the collector network into the US over time.

Qualifications

• Strong background in the automotive industry or related field.
• Proven success in account management, sales, business development, or B2B relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and act on insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with around 80 active collector accounts across the UK
• Onboard new collectors to strengthen regional coverage and improve competitiveness
• Negotiate pricing and performance targets to ensure market-leading results nationwide
• Analyse performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Visit yards and collector sites to strengthen partnerships and increase buying volume
• Work closely with sales, customer services and data teams to optimise collector performance
• Assist collectors with the usage of bespoke collector software during onboarding and ongoing support
• Support the expansion of the collector network into the US over time
