A leading FMCG recruitment agency is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to spearhead brand strategy and execution for Grocery accounts. You will drive product distribution, manage promotional activities, and develop strong relationships with internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in National Account Management within FMCG, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment. National Account Manager - FMCG / Grocery

£55,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, 25 days holiday + BH Hybrid, 1-2 days in office (North West)

We are supporting a leading FMCG business, home to a range of highly recognised brands. The business has grown rapidly in recent years and has ambitious plans to continue expanding its market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead brand strategy and execution across assigned Grocery account portfolio
  • Increase product distribution and visibility within key accounts
  • Plan and implement promotional activity in line with strategy and customer needs
  • Manage pricing, promotions, trading terms, and account investments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts
  • Analyse account performance and provide regular reporting
  • Lead New Product Development implementation with retailers
