National Account Manager – Fast-Growth FMCG Brand

Ready to join a disruptive, high-growth brand making serious waves in the FMCG world? This is a business that’s redefining its category through innovation, quality, and a strong consumer following — with products that consistently outperform in both mainstream and specialist retail channels.

With a growing presence across the UK’s leading grocery retailers, this brand is now seeking a commercially astute National Account Manager to help drive the next phase of growth and deepen strategic retail partnerships.

The Role

As National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key grocery accounts, building and executing customer plans that deliver commercial success and long-term collaboration. You’ll work alongside a dynamic sales team and report into a highly experienced Head of Sales who values autonomy, pace, and entrepreneurial thinking.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing major grocery retail accounts, including Tesco and Morrisons
  • Developing and delivering customer strategies and annual joint business plans
  • Working closely with supply chain, marketing, and innovation teams
  • Leading negotiations and promotional planning to drive visibility and sales
  • Using data and market insight to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
  • Representing the brand with passion and professionalism in all retailer interactions

About You

You’ll already be working at National Account Manager or National Account Executive level, with a proven background in FMCG and hands-on experience managing top UK grocery customers.

You’re results-focused, commercially driven, and bring the energy and agility needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for consumer-led brands and innovation will give you an added edge.

Your Background:

  • Strong experience managing or supporting major UK grocery accounts
  • FMCG experience essential – ideally within food, drink, or consumer goods
  • Commercially sharp with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident working at pace
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and taking ownership of your accounts

Location:

Hybrid working – 2–3 days per week in a vibrant Central London office

Package:

£55,000 – £65,000 base salary + £5,500 car allowance + 20% bonus + pension + benefits
