£50,000-£60,000 base salary | Fully remote, UK | Flexible working
Huge growth, an exciting product range and significant opportunities ahead. This ambitious health and wellness brand is looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail accounts and help shape its next stage of expansion.
With established retail partnerships and a busy innovation pipeline, there's plenty to build on. New products, expanding ranges and opportunities across UK and international markets make this an exciting time to join.
For a National Account Manager who wants responsibility and influence, this is an opportunity to own your accounts from planning through to delivery. You'll understand the numbers, set priorities, bring recommendations and drive actions forward. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the visibility and scope to make a real commercial impact.
Ownership is central to this role. You'll be trusted to stay ahead of customer needs, spot opportunities and risks early, and follow through on commitments. Success means being on top of your business, keeping colleagues informed and knowing when to make a decision or bring others into the conversation.
The successful National Account Manager will have experience managing retail accounts within a branded consumer business, ideally with an SME or entrepreneurial background.
Experience working with Holland & Barrett and/or Boots would be particularly valuable, although we're open to other relevant retail account experience.
You'll be someone who naturally takes responsibility. You organise your workload, anticipate what needs to happen next and keep things moving without waiting to be chased. You're comfortable working independently while staying visible and connected to the wider team.
Commercially, you can hold your own in negotiations, explain what's driving account performance and turn data into clear actions. You'll also enjoy the variety of a hands-on role, working across a broad product range and getting involved wherever needed to deliver customer plans.
