Join a fast-moving, ambitious business at the forefront of the disposable vape industry. This European manufacturer, now expanding significantly in the UK, is looking for a commercially savvy National Account Manager to manage key accounts and support strategic growth.

The Opportunity

As National Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of major clients, playing a pivotal role in driving sales and strengthening customer relationships. You'll be the key point of contact for national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and working cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management - Take full ownership of key national accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Sales & Revenue Growth - Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new commercial opportunities within existing accounts
  • Relationship Building - Establish and nurture strong, strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Problem Solving - Act quickly to address any client issues, providing effective solutions and maintaining trust
  • Data & Reporting - Analyse sales trends, track account performance, and provide regular forecasting reports to leadership
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to deliver tailored solutions for clients
