The Role:

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce NAE to work within the eCommerce Team within the UK&I Structure. With in the UK eCommerce Team we look after Amazon, Ocado & all Pure Play accounts.

Amazon is the cornerstone of the Ecommerce Transformation strategy and the biggest opportunity over the next 3 years. Ocado is our second largest Pure Play account and is a key retailer for growth, range, and consumer insights. Our Pure Play eCommerce accounts critical for brand trial and brand awareness as well as delivering incremental sales to the channel.

The role will have full accountability and responsibility over multiple Pure Play etailers such as MoonPig, The Hut Group and ASOS.

The role will also be required to support with elements of admin on the Amazon account such as NPD creation and content management.

Accountabilities:

  • Make an impact – You will create a compelling customer plan for your accounts and ensure we land incremental NPD where possible.
  • Ensure invoices are matched and forecast is loaded monthly on your accounts.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to maximise availability and meet forecast goals.
  • Get stuck in - You will need to flex your day to day focus to support critical needs of the business as we grow. You’re not afraid to work on the nuts and bolts of the account (new line forms, promo submission, invoice matching) as well as leading and developing a strategy to hit your account targets.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple resources, priorities, and deliverables to tight deadlines. Able to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organisation and understanding different perspectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Skills:

  • Understanding of the retail, media & digital landscape
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint demonstrating the use of analysis to develop plans
  • Experienced in tracking and reporting on brand and commercial performance preferred.
  • Experience working with a Retailer in a sales-based role
  • Passionate about FMCG / Consumer facing retail brands & products

Qualifications:

  • Graduate education with experience or exposure to account management or field sales in FMCG
