Job description

Are you a polished and professional Administrator looking to work for an interesting and fast paced business?

We are recruiting for a fantastic sought-after employer based in the Mid Kent area, who are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and switched on administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with no weekend working!

Duties include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the National Accounts team
  • Being the first point of contact for all in-coming calls
  • Delivering high level support to a range of clients
  • Assisting with the planning and management of internal customer visits
  • Preparing reports, presentations and handouts for client meetings
  • Attending external customer visits (where appropriate and with training)
  • Liaising with internal departments and answering first line queries
  • Managing client information on the CRM system

You will have/be:

  • A strong, client facing administrator
  • A great attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm and positivity
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have an appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service (ideally from practical experience)
  • Be adept at working independently (as well as part of a team), using initiative where appropriate
  • Exhibit good attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of IT packages (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Have a great attitude, happy to be a team player
  • A good academic record, ideally to graduate level although this is not essential

You will become part of an exciting and fast paced team who are at the forefront of this growing business. This is a busy and varied role, requiring someone who is happy to undertake an ever changing workload and remit.
