Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Derby (Hybrid: 3 days on site) is seeking a Programme Executive to drive integration across the Narrowbody Programme. You will build an executable delivery plan, manage the critical path and provide leadership visibility on readiness, risks, and decisions.

This role is focused on enabling the programme’s success rather than classic project management. Key requirements include strong programme management, engineering experience, and preferable exposure to industrialisation and

Qualifications

Strong programme management experience.
Engineering background preferred.
Industrialisation and supply chain experience preferable.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the integrated programme roadmap and critical path.
Lead readiness reviews and ensure visibility of risks and milestones.
Establish governance structures and robust decision and escalation processes.
Foster cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Technology, Industrialisation, Commercial, Finance and Services.
