Job summary

Rolls-Royce invites applications for an ervaren Technical Programme Manager in UK (Derby/Bristol) to drive aero technology projects across the Group R&T portfolio. You will oversee end-to-end programme execution, governance and risk management while engaging with global teams, partners and funding bodies.

The role requires a strong delivery track record in aerospace, the ability to manage budgets and a collaboration mindset to advance UltraFan and related tech maturity.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification preferable or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in project management or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven track record of delivering programmes, ideally in Aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research and technology programmes including government funded work.
• Interface with global Rolls-Royce teams, academic partners, suppliers and HVMCs to mature technologies.
• Manage end-to-end programme execution, planning and stakeholder management across boundaries.
