Rolls-Royce in Derby is seeking a Programme Executive for the Narrowbody Programme, a hybrid role (3 days on site). You will lead programme integration, establishing an executable delivery plan and providing leadership visibility on readiness, risks and decisions.

The role reports to the SVP Narrowbody and requires strong programme management and engineering experience, with capability to re-think processes and manage cross-functional dependencies.

Qualifikationen

• Strong programme management experience.
• Engineering experience is preferred.
• Ability to rethink established practices and processes.
• Industrialisation or supply chain familiarity is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead programme integration across multiple workstreams and translate strategic aims into a credible delivery plan.
• Establish a programme readiness framework and drive maturity and readiness reviews.
• Governance and delivery management including risk & opportunity tracking, escalation and executive prep.
• Foster cross-functional relationships across Engineering, Technology, Industrialisation, Commercial, Finance and Services.
