Job summary

Mondelēz International, Inc. is seeking a specialist to own the Rewards benefits program for the UK&I market within Digital Services. You will ensure service levels, co-create SOPs, and drive standardized processes to support sustainable continuous improvement.

You will manage the relationship with a third-party provider and collaborate with the Rewards Advisor on key activities, gaining broader exposure across the Rewards function.

As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.,

• This role involves managing the Rewards flexible benefits program for the UK&I market, including overseeing the relationship with the third-party benefits provider to ensure seamless service delivery.
• The role holder will also be responsible for managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise.
• Additionally, this person will support and collaborate with the Rewards Advisor on key activities as needed, offering a great opportunity to gain broader exposure across the Rewards function.
