Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United Kingdom offers a three-year graduate programme designed to develop future leaders in snacking. You will rotate across categories such as chocolate, biscuits, gum and candy and cheese, gaining breadth and depth through on‑the‑job experience and formal training.

The programme is based at the UK Head Office in Uxbridge during the scheme, with 12-month rotations and exposure to industry experts, mentors, and a structured graduate academy to accelerate development.

The Role

You’ll get to work across our categories in a series of rotations designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills. The commercial function is responsible for identifying consumer trends and launching compelling new confectionery products to meet these new needs. It is an exciting area of our business where you will get to be responsible for some of the country's best loved brands. You will be based at our UK Head Office in Uxbridge on the outskirts of London during the scheme, where you will get to work across categories including chocolate, biscuits, gum and candy and cheese. Rotations are 12 months long and include:

• Sales Revenue Planning – Working with our internal sales team to maximize the revenue potential through promotions, stocking and positioning of products. Creating sales forecasts and analysis.
• Category Development – Analysing strengths and opportunities in the markets in which we operate whilst also spotting upcoming trends and opportunities for us to take advantage of and grow our market share.
• Customer Development Executive – Working with our large retail customers, managing and growing relationships, ensuring that sales are maximized.

Candidate Requirements

• Mobility to relocate – we ask for all Graduates to be flexible and willing to relocate for different roles, this may be domestically and/or internationally
• A strong interest in FMCG

Starting salary: £35,000 plus £2,000 sign-on bonus.

Assessment Centre

We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in‑person at our Bournville offices on Thursday 19th of November and Friday 20th of November 2026. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
