Job summary

Eaton in the UK is seeking MV Switchgear Commissioning Engineers to join our growing team. You will lead installation, commissioning, testing and fault finding of Eaton MV and HV equipment, and act as the primary customer contact during projects.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, experience in power distribution testing, ability to test large MV to HV installations and protection relay programming, plus willingness to travel across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with MV/HV installation and testing experience.
• Experience testing power distribution and commissioning large MV to HV installations.
• Ability to program protection relays and diagnose faults.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and perform maintenance, commissioning, testing and fault finding of Eaton MV/HV equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
• Support and mentor other service engineers and promote safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and boost customer satisfaction.
