Job summary

Eaton in the United Kingdom is seeking a service engineer to lead installation, testing and commissioning of MV and HV equipment, and to act as the primary customer contact for project execution. You will support fellow service engineers, promote safety, and collaborate with project management to hit delivery targets while delivering excellent service across the EMEA region.

A degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in power distribution testing are required; willingness to travel is

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning.
• Must be able to test and commission large Medium Voltage to High Voltage installations.
• Ability to perform protection relay programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and perform maintenance & commissioning, testing and fault finding of Eaton-manufactured MV and HV equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
• Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
