Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking skilled MV switchgear commissioning engineers to join its UK teams. You will lead installation, commissioning and maintenance of Eaton MV/HV equipment and serve as the main customer contact during projects.

Ideal candidates hold an electrical engineering degree or diploma, with proven ability to test and commission large MV installations and to program protection relays. Travel across the EMEA region is expected.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning.
• Ability to test and commission large MV to HV installations.
• Protection relay programming capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and perform maintenance, commissioning, testing and fault finding of MV/HV equipment.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution.
• Mentor other service engineers and promote safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and customer satisfaction.
