Job summary

Eaton Corporation in the United Kingdom is actively seeking MV switchgear commissioning engineers to join our expanding team. The role focuses on installation, commissioning and maintenance of Eaton MV systems across the UK, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

You will lead and support projects, train and mentor peers, and collaborate with project management to deliver high-quality services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Travel across the EMEA region is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in power distribution testing and commissioning.
• Ability to test and commission MV to HV installations.
• Protection relay programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, commissioning, testing and fault finding of MV/HV equipment.
• Serve as primary customer contact during project execution.
• Mentor service engineers to uphold safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets.
