Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Project Engineer (Specialist, Project Execution) to manage medium‑voltage equipment projects from design to delivery. You will produce engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing docs using AutoCAD or EPLAN, and provide FAT support to clients.

The role requires strong project management, adherence to IEC/BS EN standards, and excellent stakeholder communication across customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with medium-voltage equipment and project execution.
• Experience supporting FAT tests is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end—from initial design through to final delivery.
• Produce engineering drawings, prepare manufacturing documentation, and provide technical support during FAT with clients.
• Organize and lead project activities, monitor and control progress, and ensure budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met.
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project deployment teams and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
