Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a multi trader for a Housing Association in Northampton on a temp to perm basis. You will carry out day-to-day general maintenance in domestic properties and provide a high level of customer service to tenants.

Voids work in unoccupied properties, use a PDA for updates, and work in a fast paced environment on routine repairs. We provide a van fuel card, power tools, weekly pay, and the potential to go permanent after the temp period, plus optional overtime

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for amulti traderbased in Northampton.

Day to Day for multi trader – Reactive Maintenance:

• Carrying day to day general maintenance in domestic properties
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA
• Fast paced environment working on small day to day repairs

Day to day for multi trader – Voids:

• Working in unoccupied properties carrying out small and large repairs
• Using PDA
