Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Multi Trader based in Bedford for a reactive maintenance role within social housing. You will carry out day-to-day general maintenance in domestic properties, provide good customer service to tenants, and use a PDA to update job records in a fast-paced environment.

There is a clear path from temporary to permanent employment. Benefits include a van fuel card, power tools provided, weekly pay every Friday, the option of overtime and call-out, and potential permanent

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for amulti traderbased in Bedford.

Day to Day for multi trader – Reactive Maintenance:

• Carrying day to day general maintenance in domestic properties
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA
• Fast paced environment working on small day to day repairs

Day to day for multi trader – Voids:

• Working in unoccupied properties carrying out small and large repairs
• Using PDA
