Job summary

Build Recruitment is recruiting for a Multi Trader in Slough to undertake day-to-day repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties. The role focuses on delivering quality workmanship with strong customer service to tenants in social housing projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a maintenance operative or multi skilled tradesperson, with ability to perform carpentry, plumbing and general repairs across properties in Slough.

Qualifications

• Experience as maintenance operative or multi skilled operative, and multi trader roles are preferred.
• Proven ability to carry out repairs in domestic properties and social housing.
• Good customer service skills when meeting tenants and carrying out works.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties.

• Using a PDA for work orders and updates.

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a multi traderbased in Slough.

Day to Day for Multi Trader:

• Carrying day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA
