Job summary

Roland Europe Group Ltd is seeking a Store Product Specialist at the Glasgow store. If you love music and can share enthusiasm with customers, this role involves demonstrating Roland, BOSS and V-MODA products, and delivering exceptional service both in-store and online.

You will engage customers through events, workshops, livestreams, and one-to-one sessions, while keeping stock, merchandising, and reporting up to date.

Qualifications

• The ability to deliver a fantastic customer-focused experience in a busy environment, online or offline, resulting in sales growth.
• A strong interest in music, with the ability to play piano/keys, guitar or drums to Grade 5 standard.
• A good understanding of music technology and the ability to absorb and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fantastic customer experiences in store, on the phone or online.
• Demonstrate Roland, BOSS or V-MODA products through demonstrations and events with artists or gurus, and via social media activity.
• Run retail store operations including presentation, stock control and regular reporting.
• Communicate product knowledge to customers and collaborate with the team to grow sales.
