Term Time Teachers is seeking a Music Teacher for a preparatory school in Oxted, starting September 2026 on an ongoing basis. The role covers Reception to Year 8, with 0.8 FTE across five days per week.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging music lessons, inspire pupils and contribute to the school’s broader musical life, holding QTS or equivalent teaching experience.

Hours: 0.8 FTE, 5 days per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Music Teacher to join a welcoming prep school in Oxted from September 2026 on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will teach music across Reception to Year 8, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils to develop their musical knowledge, confidence and performance skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys working across a broad age range and wants to play an important role in the wider musical life of a school.

The ideal candidate will:
