Job summary

PPL in London is seeking a Member Development Executive for our Member Services team. The role centers on engaging performers and RRHs, onboarding members, and building networks across the music industry to maximise earnings for members.

You will manage pipelines, register new members accurately, and support initiatives to expand international mandates, with hybrid working and a minimum 3 days in the office. A dynamic, outward-facing role for music lovers.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High proficiency with database systems and accurate data entry (touch typing preferred).
• Confident communication with large volumes of people, in one-to-one, groups, or presentations.
• Excellent networking skills across industry contacts.
• Professional representation of the team and PPL internally and externally.
• Music industry background is preferable and understanding of rights.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Operations Manager and Member Development Managers by delivering against priorities and service standards.
• Contribute to recruitment plans targeting performers/RRHs to increase international mandates.
• Build and maintain industry networks across managers, labels, solicitors, and accountants.
• Represent PPL at gigs, showcases, and industry events, including occasional after-hours work.
• Demonstrate understanding of the music landscape and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of pipelines and activities in Salesforce to standard quality.
• Prepare monthly updates and track progress and achievements.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Member Services teams on revenue distribution initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality service to new members within agreed SLAs.
