Job summary

Involved group of companies, based in Bermondsey, London, is seeking a Label & Operations Intern to support Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep label teams within the Operations group. The role is full-time, in-person at our Bermondsey office, on a one-year fixed-term contract, offering a busy, varied workload and exposure to dance music PR, marketing and asset management.

You will assist Product Managers with releases, manage daily office operations, front desk duties, stock, events and data entry,

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively with the team.
• Comfort with basic audio/video editing and digital asset management.
• Interest in dance music and the music industry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and front desk duties.
• Assist with music releases preparation, marketing and reporting.
• Organise stock inventory for merchandise, CDs and vinyl.
• Manage audio/visual assets in Google Drive and cloud services.
• Assist with events, meetings and staff logistics.
• Take meeting minutes and track action items for PMs.
• Create and brief social assets for releases.
• Basic video editing using Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Edit graphics using Photoshop and audio in Ableton Live.
• Provide general operational support as needed.
