Job summary

Anjunabeats is seeking an Office & Label Intern to support the Bermondsey office and the Anjunabeats/Anjunadeep label teams. You will assist Product Managers with music releases, handle front-desk duties, stock, and event logistics, while learning the day-to-day operations of a leading independent dance music label.

The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract, full-time, and in-person at our Bermondsey office in London.

Qualifications

• Passion for music industry and dance music.
• Strong organisational skills and eye for detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and maintain a tidy, safe workspace.
• Front desk duties: greet visitors, answer phones, assist inquiries.
• Mailroom: handle post, parcels and courier bookings.
• Kitchen and studio: manage supplies and weekly maintenance.
• Stock management: organise physical product stock (merch, CDs, vinyl).
• Events and meetings: assist with logistics and staff events.
• Provide general operational support to staff.
• Music releases: assist in preparation, marketing and reporting.
