• Willingness to work varied shifts across weekdays, weekends and evenings.
• A DBS certificate issued within the last five years is essential.
• A second language or ticketing/box office experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and help them find their bearings.
• Guide guests to exhibitions, events and Museum Memberships.
• Keep queues moving and manage crowds, especially at peak times.
• Carry out security and health and safety checks and file reports.
