Construction Resources in Wolverhampton is recruiting several experienced Multi Traders to join the team for reactive repairs and maintenance across residential properties. The role emphasizes high workmanship and customer service in occupied homes.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general repairs, using PDA/mobile systems. A driving licence is required, and a DBS check is expected or willingness to obtain one. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum in a relevant trade.
• Clean, valid UK Driving Licence.
• DBS check, or willingness to undertake one.
• Eligible to work in the UK with proof of eligibility required.
• Professional and customer-focused presentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.
• Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations.
• Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs where required.
• Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective repairs.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Ensure all works meet Health & Safety, quality and customer service standards.

We are recruiting on behalf of an established property services contractor delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and voids services across the housing sector.

Our client is looking for several experienced and versatile Multi Traders to join their team, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across residential properties in the Wolverhampton area.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader who can work across a range of trades and is confident working within occupied properties while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.
