Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking several experienced Multi Traders for work across the Maidstone to Sittingbourne area. The role covers reactive repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and voids in residential properties.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general repairs, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction while working both independently and in a team. A valid UK driving licence and DBS clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum in a relevant trade.
• Clean, valid UK Driving Licence.
• DBS check or willingness to undertake one.
• Eligible to work in the UK with proof of eligibility.
• Professional and customer-focused presentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.
• Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations.
• Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs where required.
• Support with general property maintenance duties.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective repairs.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Ensure all works meet Health & Safety, quality and customer service standards.

We are recruiting on behalf of an established property services contractor delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and voids services across the housing sector.

Our client is looking for several experienced and versatile Multi Traders to join their team, covering the Maidstone to Sittingbourne area.

The role involves carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across residential properties, helping to ensure homes are safe, comfortable and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.
