Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking skilled Multi Traders to operate across residential properties in the Leicester area. You will perform reactive repairs and maintenance, handling carpentry, plumbing, plastering and decorating tasks to high standards, ensuring safety and customer service in occupied homes.

The role requires strong multi-trade experience, good problem-solving and a professional, customer-focused approach. Driving licence and DBS compliance are required for site access.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum in a relevant trade.
• Clean, valid UK Driving Licence.
• DBS check, or willingness to undertake one.
• Eligible to work in the UK with proof of eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.
• Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations.
• Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs where required.
• Support with general property maintenance duties.
• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure all works meet Health & Safety, quality and customer service standards.
• Maintain a professional approach when working in residents' homes.

We are recruiting on behalf of an established property services contractor delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and voids services across the UK.

Our client is looking for several experienced and versatile Multi Traders to join their team, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across residential properties in the Leicester area.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader who can work across a range of trades and is confident working within occupied properties while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.
