Roberts Bakery 1887 Ltd is hiring Multiskilled Shift Engineers at the Winsford, Cheshire site. The role focuses on reactive and planned maintenance to minimize downtime and improve machinery performance, in alignment with the business strategy and site procedures.

You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance tasks, support CI initiatives and capital projects, and coach colleagues in maintenance best practices within a fast-paced FMCG bakery environment.

Formación

• Engineering apprenticeship or ONC/BTEC/HNC in electrical or multiskilled.
• FMCG & food industry experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, CMMS, pneumatics, steam and hydraulic systems; robust control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs of plant and site service equipment.
• Planned maintenance and maintenance requests.
• Adherence to statutory checks and GMP.
