Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance.
• Ability to carry out a range of maintenance tasks listed (flooring, locks, painting, plastering, joinery).
• Willingness to undertake further training and work unsociable hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to repair requests and deliver work to be carried out or coordinate contractors.
• Carry out minor/major repairs and emergency repairs when needed.
• Inspect reactive maintenance and provide reports.
• Coordinate and process adaptations for people with medical needs.
• Maintain records of appliance testing and safety compliance.
• Clean and assist with furniture moves as required.
