Job summary

Hedyn is seeking a Multi Skilled Painter and Decorator for the Malpas Depot to deliver high-quality painting and decorating across residential properties. The role is full-time (37 hours) with a 12-month FTC, salary £31,706.26 and requires a Full UK driving license.

You will work within the Empty Homes Team, ensuring safe, welcoming homes ready for occupation and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality painting and decorating services across residential properties, on time and to required standards.
• Undertake maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering.
• Plan work schedules and manage materials to ensure efficient service delivery.
