HQN Ltd in Colchester seeks a dedicated Multi Trade Field Operative (carpentry bias) to undertake responsive repairs, routine and planned maintenance across council properties.

Working 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, you will deliver practical carpentry tasks with a strong focus on customer service, health and safety compliance, and high-quality workmanship for tenants and leaseholders.

• Must have a can-do attitude and drive to provide excellent service to tenants and leaseholders.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential.
• Candidates must ensure that all health, safety and environmental guidelines are followed.

Property Services are seeking to employ a Multi Trade Field Operative (with a carpentry bias) who is capable of undertaking responsive repairs, routine and planned maintenance.

Individuals must be able to carry out a wide range of responsive repairs but must have a particular bias to carpentry work.

Individuals must have a ‘can do attitude’ and drive to provide an excellent service to tenants and leaseholders in the borough.

Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential and candidates will be required to demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer service. Individuals must ensure that all health, safety and environmental guidelines are followed.
