Colchester Borough Homes is seeking a Multiskilled Operative (carpentry bias) to undertake responsive repairs, routine and planned maintenance across the borough. You will carry out carpentry tasks and wider trades as required, serving tenants and leaseholders with a 'can do' attitude.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week, based in CO4 3GW with hybrid working – 1 day remote. Salary between £31,696 and £33,099.01 per year, plus generous benefits, training, and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in responsive repairs, routine maintenance and planned works.
• Bias to carpentry with ability to handle wider trades as needed.
• Strong customer service focus and good communication.
