Park Holidays UK is seeking a Maintenance Operative to upkeep and repair holiday park facilities. You will perform routine maintenance, carry out repairs and maintain outdoor areas, contributing to a safe, clean and inviting environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, DIY tasks, and gardening, with duties recorded and aligned to health and safety regulations. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance including plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs.
• Hands-on DIY skills with use of common maintenance tools.
• Ability to maintain gardens and outdoor areas to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance across the park, including plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks.
• Inspect facilities and equipment; address issues to keep them safe and operable.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff; maintain service quality.
• Keep accurate records of work performed in line with policies.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations for a safe environment.
• Carry out gardening and landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas inviting.
