Park Holidays UK is looking for a Maintenance Operative to keep our holiday park facilities well-maintained and safe. You’ll perform repairs, routine maintenance, gardening, and ensure high standards for guest areas.

Responsibilities include inspecting facilities, responding to maintenance requests, and keeping accurate maintenance records while adhering to health and safety regulations. Weekend work may be required and a DBS check will be part of the process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Practical skills in DIY and maintenance tasks with hand tools.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance across the holiday park (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, DIY).
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to ensure safety and operability.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and compliance.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping to keep outdoor areas inviting.
