Job summary

Construction Resources Limited in Preston is seeking a seasoned Multi-skilled Operative to carry out a broad range of maintenance tasks across social housing properties.

You will work across joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting, respond to call-outs, and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.

This full-time role offers a company van, fuel card, pension, 23 days leave, and ongoing training in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic property maintenance across multiple trades.
• Willingness to work reactive maintenance and call-outs.
• Valid CSCS card and clean driving licence.
• Ability to obtain DBS/SC where required.
• NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent trades qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-skilled repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.
• Undertake joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating tasks.
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls and out-of-hours duties.
• Work safely in occupied and void properties and record progress.
