Multiskilled Maintenance Technician – Facilities Management

Equans is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kingston upon Thames on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Working hours are Monday to Friday on a weekly rotating shift:

• Early - 08:00-16:30
• Mid - 09:00-17:30
• Late - 10:30-19:00

What will you deliver?

• Perform planned & reactive maintenance at Kingston student living sites (Seething Wells, Kingston Hill)
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests during and outside normal hours as part of the on-call rota
• Quarterly shower head & hose cleaning (training provided)
• Monitor and maintain mechanical systems, fittings, and plant rooms
• Weekly fire alarm testing in student accommodations
• Bi-annual fire door inspections (training provided), record faults and ensure adjustments
• Attend to faults in domestic water supply & drainage systems, including resolving blocked toilets & drains, changing taps and shower valves
