E3 Recruitment is representing a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer role near Patchway, offering a base salary up to 54,700 per annum with KPI bonus of 5% and overtime opportunities. The company provides a pension match of up to 10%, share options, and a benefits program.

The position suits candidates with strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing. It features 4 on 4 off / 5 on 5 off shifts with alternate weekends off and clear career development paths.

Qualifications

• Recognised Electrical & Mechanical Engineering qualification such as Advanced Apprenticeship or Level 3 NVQ with BTEC Level 3, City & Guilds in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/Craft studies.
• Demonstrable knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance on industrial plant & equipment.
• High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
• Experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out essential planned electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs to keep factories in good working order.
• Involvement in ongoing process improvement across factories, developing new ideas and better solutions.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, Service and Repairs on hydraulic machinery, bearings, shafts, conveyors, motors, inverters, 3 phase electrics and PLCs.
