Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for a major UK manufacturing site near Patchway. The role offers a base salary up to £54,700 per annum with KPI bonus of 5%, overtime at enhanced rates and a strong benefits package.

The site is accessible from Bristol, Bath, Portishead and Newport. Key duties include electrical and mechanical maintenance, process improvements, and preventative maintenance across conveyors, motors, hydraulics and PLCs.

Qualifications

• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance on industrial plant and equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical engineering background with safety awareness.
• Industrial manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs to keep factories in good working order.
• Participate in process improvements and develop better solutions.
• Perform planned maintenance, inspections, service and repairs on hydraulic systems, conveyors, motors and PLCs.
