Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for day shifts in Warminster. You will maintain a wide range of automated machinery, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and drive improvements in reliability and safety.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £46,000, enhanced overtime rates, and a quarterly bonus, with ongoing training and development opportunities within a long-established manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Time-served or apprentice-trained Maintenance Engineer.
• Electrical qualifications (18th Edition or equivalent).
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills with ability to work independently.
• Experience in a manufacturing or fast-moving production environment.
• Familiarity with PLC fault finding (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Allen Bradley desirable).
• Confident with both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimise downtime.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and carry out root cause analysis.
• Work with control panels, perform electrical fault finding, isolations and component replacement.
