Job summary

Synergi Recruitment, on behalf of a leading manufacturer near Southall, seeks a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team. The role offers a 4 on 4 off days pattern, £50,000 salary, annual bonus, healthcare, pension and other benefits.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on automated production lines, ensuring continuous operation and achievement of production targets. Experience in FMCG packaging environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or food packaging environments.
• Engineering qualification required (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• 4 on 4 off days shift pattern.

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer | 4 on 4 off Days | £50,000

Southall, London

£50,000 + Bonus

A leading manufacturer based near Southall is looking to recruit a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team following an internal promotion.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑invested site offering long‑term stability, modern production equipment and genuine career progression.

Working a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of automated production and packaging machinery, ensuring the site continues to operate efficiently and achieve production targets.

You'll be working on equipment including flow wrappers, weighers, tray sealers and cartoners.
