Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Wembley, North West London, for a 4 on 4 off days permanent role with a £55,000 base salary plus benefits.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault-find electrical and mechanical issues, and drive improvements to reduce downtime while supporting upgrades and CMMS record keeping. Training and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship in electrical maintenance.
• Experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing environments with fault-finding skills.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Fault finding on electrical circuits and equipment.
• Minimise downtime and improve reliability across lines.
• Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain CMMS records and assist with installations.

A leading FMCG manufacturer is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team.

Key Duties

• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Minimise downtime and improve reliability
• Support continuous improvement projects
• Maintain CMMS recordsAssist with equipment upgrades and installations

Experience Required

• NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship, HNC, City & Guilds, or equivalent
• Manufacturing, FMCG, food, beverage, packaging, or logistics experience
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Experience with PLCs, conveyors, motors, drives, sensors, and pneumatics
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
