Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical, mechanical and multi-skilled capabilities.
• Willing to work Panama shift pattern (days/nights).
• Able to fault-find and repair electro-mechanical production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fault-find, repair and maintain electro-mechanical equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns.
• Work within a Panama shift pattern: 2 on 2 off, 3 on, 3 off.
• Operate in a modern, purpose-built facility and contribute to continuous improvement.
