The role supports planned maintenance and rapid repairs, with the flexibility to tailor to either mechanical or electrical strengths.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing and is comfortable with fabrication, welding, milling, and lathe work, plus fault-finding across mechanical

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, FMCG, or food environments.
• Hands-on maintenance engineering experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Minimise downtime and support continuous production performance.
• Complete hands-on engineering work including fabrication, welding, milling, and lathe work.
• Conduct electrical fault-finding on machinery and control systems.
• Support continuous improvement and engineering projects.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
