Job summary

SJR Partners is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer for its high performing Engineering Department at the UK HQ in Birmingham. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance, with 12 hour shifts (4 on 4 off) in a heavy industrial environment.

You will perform planned and preventative maintenance, repairs and continuous improvements, while working to health and safety standards. NVQ3/City & Guilds 17th/18th Edition are preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical & Mechanical planned and preventative maintenance.
• Repairs, projects and continuous improvements.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and improve on-site machinery.
• Support the engineering manager in site operations.
• Perform fault finding in hydraulics, pneumatics, presses and furnaces.
